Spencerian Script Workshop

Spencerian Scrip Workshop- This is a two day workshop focused on learning this true American script. It was developed here in the United States in the early 1800s by Platt Roger Spencer. This script was actually taught in the public school system in the late 1800s to the turn of the century. The first day of the workshop is focused on the oblique pen holder, the nibs that can be used, paper and ink. This is combined with learning the basic lower case letters of this American script. The second day is learning the capital letters and spacing of the lower case letters.
